P.M. – pain BARELY there

Woke up Monday with overall pain of 8
I’m disappointed. Struggling not to be discouraged. Dr. Jeremy mentioned today that the pain could very well be a sign of movement and action in there. Seeing that I had initial results then more pain later supports that theory.
